Sir,
What is more important is that politicians shouldn't pressurize pilots into flying, if pilot feels it may be unsafe due to bad weather.

Knowing very well that weather enroute was bad, pilots and security officers could have convinced the CM to drop or postpone his trip.

India with 1.3 lakhs (road) accidents has pushed china back to second position. According to the survey most of the cases are of hit and run.

Over a Lakh young life are lost in these accident every year in India. Most of them are pedestrian.

Thousand of crore get spent on flyover construction, but those does not have any design element which help pedestrian or no sky walk or underpass.

See example of hanging bridge on Old Madras road or IndiraNagar- Kormangala ring road fly over just to name few ..

Do planning authorities think of traffic issues while creating/sanctioning a new plan.

We need attitude change then knee-jerk reaction.
