SIMI activist in the guise of mediaman?
Two days ago, the Mysore police arrested one Akmal Pasha, said to be `Editor' of a newspaper which was found to have folded up a year ago. Pasha was booked when he attended the media conference of the Home Minister V S Acharya. The media-briefing was about the security threats to Dasara and the measures the government taken.

Sir,

Dont you think the whole secular society will be aghast as the so called communal police force of Karnataka has arrested a minority and labelled hiom as a SIMI activist.
Mr. Devegowda would be holding hunger strike at his home demanding for his release by this time. What if he is a SIMI activist and he was covering such a sensitive press conference even he had no job to be there unless he wanted to do something spectacular at Mysore.
He has a right to be aggreived because of the persecution of M's in palestine, chechenya, delhi where two innocent were killed for firing at police for 'self defence'.
Arjun Singh would be aghast and we will have some government institute pay for the legal cost of aquiting an innocent man.

He is innocent till someone catches him blowing Guilty people on camera. Again then what is the proof that the images were not doctored.
Government of Karnataka has been communalised to the extent that they are capturing innocent minorities attending their Press conference. One more incident to demonise the government.

So le us Ban Bajrang Dal and RSS to prevent such atrocities and dismiss Karnataka government.

Sir,

Since your blog has become a primary contact point for a common citizen, I would like to ask you:

a) Karnataka has great tourism potential. The govt. is doing a good job in promoting and marketing it. However, development of new tourist places at natural wonders available in Karnataka is not taking place.

For ex: Jog Falls during monsoon has the potential to be a greater tourist spot than the Niagara Falls.
Same with the beautiful Konkan.

Can you please look into it.
Also, a reply from you would mean a lot to us.

Thanks!
